Q: During this 14 years, have you all faced the crisis of disbandment?
Andy: Rather than dealing with it alone, it’s better for us six to meet up and talk about it and about how can we develop better. In regards, to these matter, Eric hyung had convinced us and the rest of just just followed him.
Hyesung: Our first thought was to renew our contract with SM. Anyway, our aim was that the six of us would be together and could not be separated.
Eric: Rather than it being a temptation, I think the members will agree about is whether we want to remain in SM - the place where we’ve always been or go to a new company. We were thinking about these issues for a while. The situation for idols now is that they are at the peak of the hallyu wave but we were the earliest to do this and we suffered a lot and didn’t earn much money. Now that our contract has ended we wanted to start earning money. We were looking for something more but SM proposed everyone will have an individual income. After thinking it over, we decided to take a risk. All of us together…
Minwoo: They said they would turn me into Korea’s Usher. I just said 'I'm sorry I'm going to be with the members.'
Junjin: Our root is Shinhwa.
